1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DELIVERABLES
Upon full settlement of project fees, all final master renders, assets, and generated media transition entirely to the Client with commercial usage rights worldwide.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRE-RELEASE SECRECY
All client briefs, moodboards, unreleased collection references, and brand assets remain under strict pre-launch bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) frameworks.
3. PAYMENT & REVISION PROTOCOLS
Projects are initiated upon mutual agreement of scope and retainer receipt.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AI.VIENNE Studio+ provides high-resolution digital assets for marketing, editorial, and commercial applications.
